CATAPULT CARP CS-5

The cast decides In carp fishing, every metre counts. Whether great distances or precise placement — the Catapult CS-5 series was developed to master exactly these challenges reliably. The fast blank made from Toray high-performance carbon was engineered consistently for high casting performance. The optimised semi-parabolic action provides powerful loading and precise recovery — so you can place your rig accurately even at long range. The additional carbon mesh reinforces the blank in heavily stressed areas and adds stability when the greatest forces act during the cast or the fight. So you can focus fully on the decisive cast — confident that the rod delivers even when distance and precision are what count. The components too were designed with a well-thought-out combination of function and comfort. The sturdy FUJI DPS reel seat holds the reel securely, while the slim KW SiC distance guides provide optimal casting support. The slim full-Duplon handle sits comfortably in the hand and, with its ergonomic shape and striking looks, underlines the modern design of the series — even on the rod pod.
