YOUNGSTAR RS-3

The start for the next generation The Youngstar was developed specifically for young anglers, combining child-friendly handling with genuine SPORTEX technology. The light blank is made from Toray high-performance carbon, known for its high tensile strength and fast recovery. A deliberate 5% glass-fibre content increases the blank‘s resilience and makes the rod especially robust against the loads of the learning process. For particularly light, controlled handling, the Youngstar features a shortened rear handle. This is complemented by a compact reel seat that fits perfectly into smaller hands and allows a secure hold. The action is fast yet forgiving — ideal for young anglers to quickly learn lure control and how to play a fish. Despite its focus on the next generation, the Youngstar is also a reliable choice for adult anglers — ideal for fishing for perch, trout and other smaller predators.
