Course set for big pike. This special series was designed specifically for modern trolling. At the heart of the series is a fast, powerful blank made from Toray high-performance carbon. The sensitive tuning in the tip section was designed specifically for use with side planers and helps to largely prevent the line clip from releasing unintentionally. At the same time, the powerful backbone offers the reserves needed to set secure hooks even at distance and to guide specimen pike into the net under control. Beyond that, the rods are also suited to casting large lures, opening up additional uses beyond classic trolling. Reliable performance is ensured by slim, robust KW SiC guides and, depending on the model, high-quality FUJI DPS or TCS reel seats. The components are complemented by a hard-wearing full Duplon handle that meets the particular demands of trolling and performs even in continuous use in the rod holder.
